It occured to me that EL-JEHAZ leaves the city doors half opened for the thieves to come in and steel the residence just like what they do with everything else.  In the case of the Gas Company, EL-JEHAZ offered them a nice office in the Mole with clean desks to collect the high rates which are not near the similar ones outside the city. It will cost near 10000EGP to get the gas service to your Villa. One smart residence calculated this cost to be equal to 29 years of usage of the Gas Canister.

 

I do not know if we as "owners" can hire our own gas contractors to connect our units to this service and compite with them. If we can we must do this unless the Gas Company along with the JEHAZ has a monopoly on this service in our city and treat us like  captive audiance.
